The Origin PC EON15-X notebook is based on desktop CPUs

12-core processor, two RJ45s, 32 GB RAM, and it's all a laptop

It seems that AMD Ryzen 3000 desktop processors are gradually becoming mobile as well. We have already seen the XMG Clevo NH57ADS notebook with 12-core Ryzen 9 3900 and XMG Apex 15 with 16-core Ryzen 9 3950X.

Now Origin PC EON15-X has joined the list of such notebooks. This mobile PC can be equipped with one of three current generation AMD desktop CPUs: Ryzen 5 3600, Ryzen 7 3700X or Ryzen 9 3900. And while AMD already has fully mobile alternatives for the first two, the 12 cores in the notebook are still very impressive.

EON15-X can be used not only for work, but also for gaming, because the graphics cards here are quite gamer: GeForce RTX 2060 Max-Q or RTX 2070 Max-Q. The display in any version is characterized by a 15.6-inch Full HD resolution and frame rate up to 144 Hz. The panel type is IPS.

RAM can be from 8 to 32 GB, the storage subsystem can include two SSD up to 2 and 4 TB. Dimensions of the notebook are 360.7 x 256.5 x 30.5 mm with a mass of 2.7 kg. The set of ports includes two RJ45 (instead of one of them can be USB-C), two USB 3.0, USB 2.0, HDMI, DisplayPort, headphone and microphone connectors, and a slot for microSD. The cost of the basic version is 1683 dollars, for a 12-core CPU you have to pay an extra 289 dollars.
