The Germans prefer Nvidia

The large German store Mindfactory has published the statistics of the discrete video card market by results of the first quarter.

For this period the shop has sold 48 235 graphic adapters. 58.3% of them were cards with Nvidia GPU, and 41.7% - with AMD GPU. During the quarter, the share of these companies changed insignificantly. If we talk about the revenue, it was 18.19 million euros for three months. 67.6% of which brought sales of Nvidia cards, and 32.4% - from AMD cards.

On the diagrams below you can see the distribution by generations. The undisputed leader here is Nvidia Turing cards, which accounted for half of all sales.

The most popular graphics cards were GeForce RTX 2070 Super (8315 units) and Radeon RX 5700XT (6825 units). Also in great demand were RX 5700, RTX 2060 Super, RTX 2070, GTX 1660 Super and Polaris generation cards in the face of the RX 500 line.
