Flair Neo coffee machine makes the perfect espresso without electricity

Flair Neo uses a simple lever mechanism to create the pressure needed to produce coffee. Flair Neo greatly simplifies even the complex process of selecting the right grind with its filter, the small bowl where the ground coffee is poured. It is arranged in such a way that it always guarantees the optimum pressure inside, regardless of the size of the coffee beans.

In addition, Flair Neo can be upgraded to more advanced models. It is compatible with all Flair standard accessories, including a 2-in-1 bottomless port filter and a pressure gauge to monitor the lever pressure level. Experienced baristas who want to control their own coffee preparation parameters may be interested in standard Flair or Flair Pro. The latter is capable of preparing several servings at once and has several professional settings.

Like its predecessors, Neo consists of a steel cistern for ground coffee, a base and a lever made of cast aluminium. Despite its low price compared to a standard coffee machine, the Flair is very strong and durable. It can be easily disassembled and taken on a journey.

The first copies of Flair Neo are expected to be released in May. The retail price will be $119, but it is currently possible to pre-order on Kickstarter for only $89.
