AMD Ryzen's flagship 8-core APU 9,4900U is lit up in the benchmark

In the Ryzen 4000 line, it has not yet been officially introduced

Rumors that AMD is preparing another mobile eight-core APU - Ryzen 9 4900U - were confirmed by the UserBenchmark. At the same time, some characteristics of this hybrid processor have been confirmed.

As we can see, the base frequency of the Ryzen 9 4900U was 1.8 GHz - the same frequency is used by the Ryzen 7 4800U. But the average frequency in Turbo mode is specified as 2.35 GHz - not an impressive result, which clearly affected the overall performance: it could have been higher, although the result of single and dual core performance is still very good. Rumor has it that the maximum frequency of the Ryzen 9 4900U will reach 4.3 GHz, which is 100 MHz higher than the Ryzen 7 4800U.

Notebooks based on the previously announced APU line of Ryzen 4000 just became available for ordering, and in the context of this is still unclear when you can order a serial model on the Ryzen 9 4900U. But it is already known that the model based on this hybrid processor will present Lenovo.
