Only a few months passed before users were able to use the Wi-Fi 802.11 ax protocol, which is more commonly known as the sixth generation of this connection. But it seems that the Wi-Fi Alliance, or the association developing this technology, is betting on a very dynamic evolution of access to wireless networks.

The first specific information on the progress of work on Wi-Fi 802.11 be appears on the Internet, that is, the seventh generation of this wireless technology. According to unofficial data, the implementation of this decision should take place as early as 2024. Its implementation is preceded by the evolution of the 802.11 ax protocol, which consists in a gradual increase in the supported Internet speed.

According to the current official specification, devices that support Wi-Fi 6 are capable of supporting networks with a bandwidth of up to 9.6 Mbps, and the introduction of Wi-Fi 7 will increase this limit to 30 Mbps.
