Wi-Fi 6 - what brings the new standard?

A new Wi-Fi 802.11 ax wireless standard, also known as Wi-Fi 6, is coming soon. What does this solution offer?

He increased the speed to 10 Gbit / s, i.e. by almost 40% compared to previous technologies. This significantly reduces the problem of waiting for the response of devices in places where several users are connected to the network at the same time.

For comparison: 802.11 ac Wave 2 (Wi-Fi 5) provides wireless speeds exceeding 2 Gbit / s, and with the best configuration, a theoretical maximum of more than 6 Gbit / s.

WiFi-6 offers 160 MHz bandwidth and therefore a faster connection speed between the router and devices.

As the number of connections and traffic on the network increases, competition among devices connected to it grows. Already after about 12-15 users or devices are connected to the access point, you can feel the difference in Wi-Fi 6 network performance compared to the old standard.
