iPhone 12 images were detected in iOS 14

The screen cut at the top of the screen is smaller, but it has not disappeared.

It often happens that data on promising smartphones pop up in the source code of the firmware, so it happened this time: enthusiasts "caught" in iOS 14 two schematic images of the iPhone 12. It can be immediately noted that while most Android smartphone manufacturers follow the path of the cameras embedded in the display, Apple remains faithful to itself - and keeps a large cut at the top of the screen.

As you can see in the picture, in the iPhone 12 it is even smaller than in the current generation of models, but it has not disappeared. Everything is exactly in line with the rumors. The other picture shows a rear panel with a camera unit - and there are no differences at all in this part (at least in terms of visual design). So the iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max changers are very likely to get three image sensors each. It is possible that the base iPhone 12 will also have three sensors.

As for the release date of the iPhone 12, there is no consensus. According to the latest data, the model will not appear at all this year, which is largely due to the impact of the coronavirus pandemic on industry and people's lives.
