In the US, people were offered free internet because of the coronavirus pandemic. For 60 days, one of the local providers will open free access to their Wi-Fi networks.

Such measures are taken by the company due to the fact that the spread of coronavirus infection forced countries to enter a quarantine regime, and many employees of the company were transferred to a remote location.

US provider Comcast has provided 60 days of free public Wi-Fi for everyone. The promotion does not apply to home access points (which, by the way, would be more logical). In public places and at enterprises free access will be open.

Other providers also joined the action. One of them offers free internet to students. And the company T-Mobile, for example, has promised unlimited access to the network for smartphone owners.
