Oppo presents a smartphone with seven cameras

Oppo is a company that has progressed more and more in the smartphone market in recent years. Now this company has received a new patent for the phone, which is slightly similar to the OnePlus 7T, but has a much larger number of lenses in the main camera module.

Oppo filed a patent with CNIPA (China National Intellectual Property Administration). In the text we can find a description of a smartphone similar to the back of the OnePlus 7T, with one, however, a significant difference. The phone has as many as seven sensors in the main camera. It is also easy to notice that due to such a number of lenses, the smartphone will be somewhat similar, for example, to the Nokia 9 PureView.

However, the number of lenses makes the most impression - the renders of this smartphone were made by the LetsGoDigital service. Unfortunately, it is not yet known what specific cameras will do, although it is known that we, of course, are dealing with the main sensor, as well as with an ultra-wide-angle lens, image depth sensor and macro lens. This is the standard - the question remains, why do we need the rest of the lenses in the main camera.

At the moment, of course, this is just a patent, so it is not known whether Oppo will release such a mobile device.

You can see the lineup on the official OPPO store on Aliexpress
